Some people looking to sell their houses have found it tough to find potential buyers lately.  The days of houses selling in hours instead of months or years are probably past.  That being the case, sellers in an economy like this may seek to spruce up their offering by remodeling or updating to attract buyers.  But how do you know where to spend the extra money on upgrades?  There are many schools of thought on the subject and they range from simple lighting fixes and landscaping to adding an extra story and beyond.
